Milton-Freewater Oregon is a multi-cultural community located in the northeast corner of the state within ten miles of Walla Walla Washington. The Milton-Freewater Unified School District is now taking applications for the following position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work in a cooperative, positive manner with students, staff, parents, and community.
Ability to assist students in their understanding of instructional concepts. Ability to follow lesson plans and prepare teaching aids and materials.
Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred Must be self-motivated and work well independently. GED or high school diploma required.
Two years of college (72 hours), Associate Degree or passing scores on the Workkeys test required. (District will provide test)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Including, but not limited to, frequent standing, walking, sitting, grasping, bending, twisting, reaching and fine manipulation. Frequent keyboarding also required.
COMPENSATION RATES: Paraprofessional - $12.22 per hour.
